The LVNBA’s history is deeply intertwined with the birth, growth, maturation and success of the state’s African-American legal community, and access to justice within the state of Nevada. The LVNBA has embarked on a project to collect and archive documents and pictures as well as oral histories to document the contributions of the LVNBA and its members to civil rights, advancing the science of jurisprudence, and improving the administration of justice in Nevada.
